Q: How do I find my school's uniforms?
Click on 'School Uniforms' in the navigation menu, then select your school from the list. All available uniform items for that school will be displayed.
Q: What sizes are available?
Most items are available in sizes 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, S, M, L, XL, and 2XL. Sun hats are available in 54cm and 58cm. Size charts are available on each product page.
Q: Can I order for multiple schools in one order?
Yes! You can add items from different schools to your cart and check out in one transaction.
Q: Do you accept Work & Income (WINZ) quotes?
Yes, we provide official quotes for WINZ applications. Select 'Work & Income Quote' as your payment method at checkout, or contact us directly at [email protected].
Q: Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available at checkout. You can split your purchase into 4 fortnightly interest-free payments.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery. You can also collect in store at 98 St George Street, Papatoetoe.
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return.
Q: My school isn't listed — can you still help?
Absolutely! We're always adding new schools. Contact us at [email protected] or call 09-2777735 and we'll let you know if we can supply your school's uniforms.
Q: Can I visit your store in person?
Yes! We're located at 98 St George Street, Papatoetoe, Auckland. Store hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
No problem — we offer free size exchanges within 30 days. Contact us and we'll sort it out for you.
