Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Rural Delivery
Rural delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days and may incur an additional charge of $4.00. This will be calculated at checkout.
Click & Collect
You can collect your order in person from our store at 98 St George Street, Papatoetoe, Auckland. Store hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection (usually within 1 business day).
